1. Electrical Laminated Wood Veneer
Electrical laminated wood veneer is widely used as insulating and supporting material in transformers and instrument transformers. It has many virtues such as moderate specific gravity, high mechanical properties,easy vacuum drying,easy mechanical processing etc. The dielectric constant of this material is close to transformer oil, so it makes a reasonable insulation match. And it can be used in transformer oil of 105℃ for long time.
People usually use this material to make upper/ lower pressure pieces,cable supporting beams. limbs,spacer blocks in oil- immersed transformers,and clamps in instrument transformers. It replaced steel plates, insulating paper sheets,epoxy paper sheets,epoxide woven glass fabric lamination in these fields,and cut down the material expenses and weight of transformers.
The willow timbers. After boiling,rotary cutting,drying,these timbers are made to veneers.
At last the veneers will be glued with special insulating gluewater and processed under high temperature and pressure.
2. Scarf-joint Electrical Laminated Wood Veneer
Since the ordinary electrical laminated wood veneer uses overlapping way between the same veneers,so there are defects such as density different, stress inconsistent and inner air hole. In order to develop the capability of our production, the factory purchased the veneer grinding and cutting lengthen machine which is the most advanced in domestic. After grinding and cutting,and jointing at 7 degrees, a piece of full-veneer is produced. Then the full veneers will be pressed to scarf-joint electrical laminated wood veneers. By this way, we fetch up the defects of common ones, and meet the needs of high-voltage transformer’s technique using.
3. X-Shape Single Press Ring of Transformer
Pressure ring is the main insulating part in the transformer, which is used in a large amount and needs a high require for mechanical properties and electrical properties. Now most of electrical laminated wood pressure rings in our country are produced in a normal way. The veneers are stacked perpendicularly one another as the fibre direction of the adjacent veneer. After being made to pressure rings, the difference of perpendicular flexural strength is bigger for each point along radii direction. The maximum tolerance will reach 70% which is unfavorable to guarantee the security of transformer.
The factory adopts a new technology to produce transformer pressure ring, which makes the fibre direction of each point become X-shape along radii direction. The rough veneers are pressed to round one time. Then the ring is processed to end product by the CNC processing center.
The characters: High mechanical property and modulus of elasticity. The perpendicular flexural strength for each point along radii direction is consistent. The pressure ring that density≥1.1g/cm2,its flexural strength along radii direction is more than 120MPa,maximum diameter of compression.
